-The total cost of camp is $495. On June 15th, all current and future registrations will need a partial payment totaling at least $250.
-You may make a payment via one of these options:
-Online via Planning Center Registrations
-Online via Online Giving (Click Add Optional Gift Description and write "TNT Youth Camp - Students Name")
-Check (Made payable to East Coast Christian Center with "TNT Youth Camp - Students Name" in the memo line
-Cash - Using the generosity boxes at any East Coast Location, deposit cash in an East Coast giving envelope. On the envelope, write "TNT Youth Camp - Students Name"

Drop Off: July 15th, 8:30am at East Coast Christian Center (680 North Courtenay Parkway Merritt Island, FL 32953)
Pick Up: July 19th, around 2:30pm at East Coast Christian Center (680 North Courtenay Parkway Merritt Island, FL 32953)
Medications: ALL medications must be listed on the registration form. An adult leader will hold and administer all medications to the student.
Money at camp: Students are responsible for carrying their own money. There is a store at camp where students can purchase t-shirts, candy, drinks and snacks.
Rooms: Every room is "hotel style" with 2 queen beds, a bunk bed, a pull out couch, and a bathroom. Room assignments will be pre-decided and assigned by TNT staff prior to camp. Students will be accompanied by 2 adult leaders in their cabin.
Your child may request to room with a friend by listing their name on the registration form. This friend must be of the same gender. All requests are reviewed and are honored on a case by case basis. The TNT staff reserves the right to modify friend requests based on the circumstance and well being of all students.
Sleeping bags are REQUIRED for all students. Blankets are not allowed. There are no exceptions for this rule.

What to bring to camp:
NOTE: Mark everything with your name on it! Use a permanent marker that won’t wash out! We also suggest packing clean clothes in a large ziplock bag to keep them clean and dry.
- BIBLE
- PACK A LUNCH FOR THE BUS RIDE TO CAMP KULAQUA
- 1 Sleeping Bag (REQUIRED ITEM) and 1 Pillow & pillow case
- 1 sweatshirt/jacket
- 1 Raincoat or Poncho
- 2 modest swimsuits– (If you bring a two piece, bring a rash guard or t-shirt to wear over it.)
- 2 Sets of pajamas
- 5 days worth of clothes (shorts, t-shirts, jeans, undergarments)
- 3 set of clothes that can be ruined
- 3 towels
- 1 pair of tennis shoes that can get ruined AND 1 pair of water shoes or flip flops
- Toiletries- Please bring soap, deodorant, toothbrush and toothpaste!
- Refillable water bottle
- Notebook
Suggested: sunscreen, insect repellant, camera, etc.
- Cigarettes, Drugs, alcohol (ALL PRESCRIPTION MEDS MUST BE CHECKED IN UPON ARRIVAL MONDAY MORNING)
- Two piece bathing suit without a t-shirt or rash guard (If you do, we will give you a big black t shirt to wear over it.)
- Bad attitude
- Pets-Please leave your pets at home!
- Fireworks, balloons or anything used for practical jokes or room wars
*Room inspections will be done at random while at camp. If a student is caught bringing a forbidden item, it will be confiscated and disciplinary action may be taken.
- Where is youth camp?
-This years camp is at Camp Kulaqua in High Springs, Florida - What grades are allowed to attend camp?
-This camp is for any incoming 7th graders to graduating 12th graders - What is the food like at camp?
-Camp Kulaqua features a full dining hall, which offers buffet-style meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The Clash Camp Store will also be open during free time and late at night for campers to purchase snacks and drinks. - If your student has food allergies, please indicate this on the registration form under medical notes. If your student has extreme food allergies, please email us at isaac@eccc.us so we can work with you directly to make sure we are able to accommodate your student
- -Do you offer refunds?
-If you cancel prior to July 1st, you will receive a full refund. After July 1st, we are unable to give any refunds. - Will there be security?
-Yes! In additional to the night ranger at Camp Kulaqua, we will have trained Youth Leaders who provide 24/7 security in and around the lodges. In addition, all leaders are background checked and hand selected to serve at camp.
