Overlook Ministries
Ministering to the overlooked.“We work with life and death everyday.
Mothers just want their sons back. Wives are missing their husbands and children want their daddies home.
The need is great and the time is now.
Together we can change the world, one man at a time.”
—Pastor Dorothy Mounts

Stepping Up
SHARING THE PRACTICAL APPLICATION OF GOD'S WORD TO THOSE WORKING ON LIFE-CONTROLLING BEHAVIORS
This program offers those who are struggling with life-controlling behaviors, an opportunity to come together for a shared meal and Bible study, as well as an opportunity for counseling twice a week. The messages are focused on practical applications of the Word of God to provide biblical coping skills that attendees can begin using in their daily lives. The buffet style sit-down meal provides a comfortable and welcoming environment of fellowship and grace. During this time, attendees will also get a chance to be baptized.
Mondays at 6:30pm // East Coast Christian Center - 85 Richland Ave, Merritt Island, Fl
Pastors Nick and Dorothy Mounts founded Overlook Ministries in 1993, in Ohio, where their son also played an active role. In 1996, tragedy struck as their son was killed by a drunk driver. After taking time to mourn this significant loss, they moved to Florida in 1998 for a fresh start. Here they found a renewed mission and purpose in their ministry, with a focus on providing spiritual parenting to men & women who suffer life-controlling behaviors. Turning their tragedy into glory for God, they have built a spiritual-family ministry, and helps those the world has overlooked.
