ECCC EMAIL SETUP

iPhone or iPad or Android Phone using the “Outlook” app  *(Preferred Method)*
1. Download the “Outlook” app from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android)
2. When you open the app, it may auto-discover your Email Address. If so, you can select it and click “Add Accounts”
3. If it does not auto-discover, it should have a spot to type in your staff email address**
**You must use First Initial, Last Name @eccc.us here, even if you have an email address that is just your first name** example: use jsmith@eccc.us even if you have john@eccc.us
Then click “Sign In with Office 365”
4. The next screen is where you type in your Password, then click “Sign In”
- Windows Users – this should be the same password you use to login to a Windows computer
- Mac Users – this will likely be a different password than your computer login password

** The “Outlook” app uses something called a “Focused Inbox” which may hide some of your emails. To turn it off, click the 3 Lines icon in the top left corner, then click the Gear icon in the bottom left corner. Toggle off the switch next to “Focused Inbox”.

iPhone or iPad using the Apple “Mail” app
1. Open the “Settings” app
2. Scroll down and select “Passwords and Accounts”
3. Select “Add Account”
4. Select “Exchange”
5. Type in your staff email address**
- “Description” should autofill to say “Exchange”, though you can change it to something like “ECCC Email” if you’d like.
- **You must use First Initial, Last Name @eccc.us here, even if you have an email address that is just your first name** example:  use jsmith@eccc.us even if you have john@eccc.us
6. Click “Next” and then “Sign In”
7. A Microsoft page will pop up. Type in your staff email Password and click “Sign In”
- Windows Users – this should be the same password you use to login to a Windows computer
- Mac Users – this will likely be a different password than your computer login password

8. Click “Save” in the upper corner, and you should be all set. Go into the “Mail” app and hit the back arrow until it shows all your Mailboxes, and you should see the mailbox you just added.

Online Web Access (OWA) – From any Desktop Web Browser
1. To access your staff email in a web browser, first open your preferred web browser
- Internet Explorer, Edge, Safari, Chrome, or Firefox
2. Go to the website outlook.office365.com
- This link should be accessible at the bottom of the ECCC.us homepage, by clicking “Staff Email”
3. Type in your ECCC staff email address under “Sign In” and click “Next”
- You may need to click “Add Another Account” first
- **You must use First Initial, Last Name @eccc.us here, even if you have an email address that is just your first name** example:  use jsmith@eccc.us even if you have john@eccc.us
4. Enter your ECCC staff email password
- Windows Users – this should be the same password you use to login to a Windows computer
- Mac Users – this will likely be a different password than your computer login password

** Outlook Web Access uses something called a “Focused Inbox” which may hide some of your emails. To turn it off, click the click the gear icon in the upper right corner. Then click “Display Settings”. Near the top of the Display Settings, you should see a tab called “Focused Inbox”. Select it, and the click “Don’t Sort Messages”. Click “OK” to save this setting.

Android Mobile Phone Email Setup
**Android setup may differ based on the specific android phone you have. If the following settings do not work for you, please call Onsite at 321-392-0697, or submit a support ticket
1. Open your “Settings” app
2. Scroll down and select “Accounts”
3. Select “Add Account”
4. Select “Exchange”
5. Type in your ECCC staff email address
- You may need to click “Add Another Account” first
- **You must use First Initial, Last Name @eccc.us here, even if you have an email address that is just your first name** example:  use jsmith@eccc.us even if you have john@eccc.us
6. Type in your ECCC email Password
- Windows Users – this should be the same password you use to login to a Windows computer
- Mac Users – this will likely be a different password than your computer login password

Adding Email to the Mac “Mail” App on MacBook or iMac
1. Open the “Mail” app
2. From the Mail menu (top left corner of your screen), choose “Preferences”, then click “Accounts”.
3. Click the Add button (+) to add an account.
4. Select “Exchange” from the list of account types, then click Continue.
5. Enter your name, email address, and password, then click Continue.
- **You must use First Initial, Last Name @eccc.us here, even if you have an email address that is just your first name** example:  use jsmith@eccc.us even if you have john@eccc.us
- If Auto-discovery isn't enabled on your Exchange server, you're asked to enter your server address, then click Continue. The server address should be outlook.office365.com
