Counseling Reimbursement Plan
East Coast believes in caring for the spiritual and mental health of our staff. To ensure that staff are cared for, we have provided this benefit. All employees working 30 hours or more per week are eligible to participate in East Coast’s Counseling Reimbursement Plan. The CRP is a confidential, reimbursement of counseling services.
  • Services must be pre-approved – submit a Counseling Reimbursement Form electronically.
  • Broken Wings Counseling is a pre-approved location, and all counselors are acceptable (pre-approval form still required).
  • The employee will receive approval for the counseling via email directly from HR.
  • To get reimbursed you must submit a Counseling Reimbursement Form electronically for each payment.
  • Employees will be reimbursed up to $500 each fiscal year (Oct 1st – Sept 30th), with the exception of 2023-2024 which is up to $300.
  • Life Coaching is not included in this reimbursement option.
  • Under rare circumstances, staff members using this benefit may be asked to reveal aspects of therapy which would include billing related questions.

Reimbursements will be processed once per month in payroll and will be taxed as a benefit. All forms can be found at
